Terminal 1 Lounges
Terminal 1 has a single lounge that provides a comfortable environment for travelers to relax and unwind before their flights.
1. First Class Lounge
- Location: Terminal 1, Airside, 1st & 2nd Floors after Security and Passport Control
- Hours of Operation: 24 Hours Daily
- Services: Wi-Fi, refreshments, TVs, newspapers and magazines, and a non-smoking environment
- Requirements: Mastercard Payment Card, LoungeKey, or digital lounge access key

Terminal 2 Lounges
Terminal 2 lounges at Cairo Airport offer travelers a comfortable atmosphere with premium amenities, providing a space to rest and recharge before departure.
1. First Class Lounge
- Location: Terminal 2, Inside Security, 1st Floor, after immigration; follow available signs for directions.
- Hours of Operation: 24 Hours Daily
- Services: Complimentary snacks, Wi-Fi, flight monitors, newspapers, magazines, TVs, conference rooms, and a smoking area.
- Access: Only for Terminal 2 international flight passengers
- Requirements: Priority Pass Card, same-day boarding pass

2. Ahlein Premium Lounge
- Location: Terminal 2, to the right of Duty-Free Shops, beyond the Security Checks, and past the Egypt Airways Lounges.
- Hours of Operation: 24 Hours Daily
- Services: Ahlein Premium Lounge offers many complimentary services, including refreshments, high-speed Wi-Fi, flight monitors, newspapers and magazines, TVs, power outlets, telephones, printers, copiers, a prayer room, and a designated smoking area. For an additional charge, services such as showers, spa services, massage chairs, and private rooms are also available.
- Max Stay: 4 hours for transiting/connecting passengers; 3 hours for passengers originating in Cairo.
- Access: Exclusive to passengers departing from Terminal 2 on international flights (Free entry for two children under 2 years with each primary guest)

3. Emirates Lounge
- Location: Terminal 2, Inside Security, Second level above the secondary security check and Duty Free area
- Hours of Operation: 09:05 – 11:35 / 15:40 – 18:10 / 22:25 – 00:55 (Summer) & 09:25 – 11:55 / 16:20 – 18:50 / 21:45 – 00:05 (Winter)
- Services: The Emirates Lounge offers complimentary amenities such as premium food, snacks, high-speed Wi-Fi, refreshing showers, and state-of-the-art TVs in a dedicated non-smoking environment. Spa services are also available for an additional fee.
- Requirements: Open to First Class and Business Class customers, as well as Platinum and Gold Skywards members.
